Selva represents one step ahead to evolution for Equipo DRT. One year after the launching of its Upcycled fabric line in 2014, Equipo DRT will showcase in Maison & Objet Paris a brand new universe where exotic plants, curious animals and colourful forest fairies emerge and give way to an organic world full of colours, vitality and happiness.
This new fabric is designed by graffiti artist Julieta XLF. She has used her technique and her inspiring graffiti to transform this fabric into Magic.
In this way, Julieta XLF has combine the graffiti’s inspired colour schemes and her excellent hand drawing skills to create this new design. This artistic creation inspires with its vitality, enthusiasm and cheerfulness.
Selva is not only a new print, a wonderful design or a graffiti colour scheme transformed into textile design. Selva represents textile innovation. It is the power of art and ideas intertwined. With this design, Equipo DRT not only listens, talks, decorates and inspires but also creates a new living world: a world full of colour, light and magic. Because this is what Selva is… Life.
